For the most part – the only way that ‘tamam’ differs from English is that we don’t use it to mean “good” or “alright” when talking about our feelings or emotions. You can also use the English word ‘okay’ and most / all people will understand. You might see ‘okey’ written – that is the name of the Turkish version of Rummikub, as well as their spelling of ‘okay’.
