man (only signs, documents, etc.) /Mr.

Not to be confused with bey, meaning ‘sir’, bay is primarily used to denote gender in contexts where it is relevant, such as on restroom signs, bus seats, or similar settings. Erkek is the correct word to use in all other situations.
