DT: whatever is best

In addition to meaning ‘no’, ‘hayır’ can also mean charity, good deed or a good outcome. ‘Hayırlısı’ is used whenever someone mentions an event with seemingly unfortunate or uncertain result to wish for everything to work out in the end.
